InnovADS is led by experienced scientists with deep backgrounds in meteorology, climatology, and applied data science — bringing rigor and real-world expertise to every engagement.
Data Scientist and Meteorologist with over 15 years of experience applying statistical analysis, climate analytics, and digital information systems to environmental, agricultural, and disaster-risk decision-making. Holds an MSc in Applied Data Science and Statistics (University of Exeter) and a BSc in Physics (University of Guyana), and is currently pursuing an MSc in Project Management.
Climate Scientist with a decade of specialist experience in climatology, agrometeorology, and climate modelling at Guyana's National Hydrometeorological Service. Holds an MSc in Meteorology (Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology) and a BSc in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering. Leads national climate forecasting forums and seasonal forecast development for Guyana.
